High protein salad recipe with Roasty Tasty's Soy nuts and Pumpkin Seeds

For the dressing:
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp mustard sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
Lemon juice (approx1/4 tsp, as per preference)

For the salad:
Veggies of your choice.
We used: 1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 tomato, finely chopped
1/2 yellow capsicum, finely chopped.
Roasty Tasty Soy nuts Lemonee Lime
Roasty Tasty Pumpkin Seeds Salted
Salt to taste
Drop of tabasco
Garnish with basil leaves/coriander


1. Mix the olive oil, honey, mustard sauce, lemon juice and oregano.
2. Add the veggies and mix it with the dressing properly.
3. Add a drop of tabasco to the mix.
4. Add Roasty Tasty's Soy Nuts Lemonee Lime & Roasty Tasty's Pumpkin Seeds Salted.
5. Add salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
6. Garnish with basil and/or coriander leaves.
